Christina MacLellan is an artist working in Kitchener-Waterloo. She explores various ways of art making at the Ontario Collage of Art and Design University, where she is earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Christina was initially interested in exploring the mediums of drawing and painting as they relate to portraiture and abstraction. Her practice has evolved to be multidisciplinary, exploring topics related to mental illness through mediums such as sculpture, installation and performance. Christina’s time is spent working in the studio, studying at school, working part time and raising her young daughter.
